What Is a Brazilian Butt Lift?
The Brazilian Butt Lift is a procedure that uses your own fat from liposuction to improve the fullness and shape of the buttocks.
This procedure has the double benefit of creating more slender body contours while also enhancing the size and shape of the derrière. Stubborn fat that is difficult to eliminate through diet and exercise is removed and then used to augment the butt. In addition, it is a great alternative to butt implants for patients who are concerned about the capricious nature of implants.
Thinking About Having a Brazilian Butt Lift?
The Brazilian Butt Lift adds volume to increase the size of the butt and achieve a larger, fuller backside. After this procedure, you’ll have the butt size you’ve always wanted and no longer worry about filling out your jeans, dresses, or skirts.
A Rounded Backside
Butt augmentation with the Brazilian Butt Lift allows Dr. Feldmar to improve the shape of the butt to produce a rounder “bubble butt.” This procedure can give you confidence knowing that your butt finally has the ideal shape you’ve desired.
A More Slender Body
Since the Brazilian Butt Lift uses liposuction to harvest fat from unwanted areas, you can eliminate stubborn fat that you’ve been unable to reduce through diet and exercise. This can slim down those thunder thighs, flatten your problematic belly pooch, or allow you to wave goodbye to jiggly arm fat.
What to Expect from the Procedure
Dr. Feldmar will evaluate your natural body type and butt shape to discuss the best options for achieving your butt enhancement goals.
Fat Transfer for Butt Augmentation
- Liposuction is used to gently harvest unwanted fat from a particular area of the body.
- The removed “donor” fat cells are purified.
- The purified fat cells are strategically injected into targeted areas of the buttocks at different depths to achieve optimal volume and shape.
Brazilian Butt Lift Recovery
A special compression garment will be placed around the buttocks and swelling and soreness will be apparent during the first few days. Patients should avoid putting pressure on their butt by laying on their side or stomach. Our Recovery Protocol, which includes supplements, vitamins, and anti-bruising medications, will begin.
1 Week After
Patients are usually able to return to work and light activities. Sitting should be avoided as much as possible, and a donut-shaped or soft cushion should be used when sitting cannot be avoided. Active stretching is advised. Swelling and bruising will begin to resolve in areas treated with liposuction.
4 Weeks After
The majority of swelling and bruising will have resolved, and the body will have absorbed some of the fat cells. Patients should continue to avoid sitting without a cushion but can resume more strenuous physical activities.
3 Months After
The majority of the fat cells remaining in the butt should be permanent, and you will be able to enjoy your body’s new contours.
